• All withdrawal requests received during standard business hours, i.e. 07:00 – 16:00 (GMT+2) (Daylight Saving Time) will be processed that day. Any forms received after this time may not be processed until the next day.
  • Withdrawals made by Bank Wire Transfer usually take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
  • If an account is funded via Credit Card and a withdrawal is processed within 60 days the withdrawal must occur via a refund back to the same Credit Card.

CREDIT CARDS
  • The company will at all times refund the amount(s) initially deposited back to the same Credit Card which the client used in the first place (i.e. same remitter)
  • Third party withdrawals or withdrawals to an anonymous accounts are prohibited.
  • If a Credit Card has expired you must provide new valid Credit Card copies as mentioned above. Funds cannot be refunded to an expired Credit Card.
  • In case of insufficient funds in your trading account resulting to non-execution of your withdrawal request, the Company will inform you accordingly in order to place a new request
  • If an account is funded via Credit Card and a withdrawal is processed within 60 days the withdrawal must occur via a refund back to the same Credit Card.
WIRE TRANSFERS
  • The company will at all times refund the amount(s) initially deposited back to the same source (i.e. same remitter).
  • Third party withdrawals or withdrawals to an anonymous accounts are prohibited.
  • In case of insufficient funds in your trading account resulting to non-execution of your withdrawal request, the Company will inform you accordingly in order to place a new request.
  • Transfers cannot be made in any currency other than EUR and USD. You can find daily updates of our conversion rates in your Client Portal or on the Company’s Website.
INTERNAL TRANSFERS

How to transfer funds between your accounts:

  • Choose the account from which you would like to transfer your funds, write the amount and then select the account you would like to make this transfer to and click ‘Submit Request’.
  • You can view the status and the history of your transfer in your ‘Client Portal’.

Transfers are processed instantly and should take no more than a few minutes for the balance to appear in your trading account. In the unlikely case that you experience a delay in your transfer, please contact us and we will handle the issue as soon as possible
